Great dealer. Parts counter is well-stocked and the staff are knowledgeable. The service wait times can be long during planting and harvest — but that's true everywhere. Overall very happy with them as our primary dealer.

Service department is first-rate. Brought in a combine with a complex electrical issue two other shops couldn't solve. Southern Iron's technician diagnosed it within two hours and had it back to us in two days during harvest. That kind of reliability is invaluable.

Bought a new John Deere 8R from these folks and the experience was excellent from sale through delivery. The precision ag setup service was thorough and the tech support afterward was responsive. Family-owned dealer that still treats you like a customer, not a transaction.
