We collect information you provide directly — such as business name, email address, phone number, city, and state — when you register a vendor listing. Buyers who send contact inquiries provide their name, email, and optional phone number. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) for security and diagnostic purposes.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the directory, display your listing to buyers, relay buyer inquiry messages to you, and communicate platform updates. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored in the United States using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Media files are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
4. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in to the vendor dashboard. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@redbib.com.
