1. Use of the Platform
RedBib Directory is an agricultural vendor marketplace. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you submit, including vendor listings, photos, and contact information.
2. Vendor Listings
Vendors who register a listing represent that their business information is accurate and up to date. RedBib reserves the right to remove listings that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content at any time.
3. Buyer Inquiries
Contact messages sent through vendor listing pages are relayed directly to the vendor. RedBib is not a party to any transaction or agreement between buyers and vendors.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content you grant RedBib a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.
5. Disclaimer
RedBib Directory is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor information or the outcome of any buyer–vendor interaction.
